Planning the Future of Voorhies Hall
The Bay View Association is partnering with Michigan architecture firm Quinn Evans to explore the current and future needs of Voorhies Hall. We invite you to attend an upcoming Open House and share your thoughts as part of this early information-gathering process. No designs have been developed yet, as community input will play an important role in shaping the project from the very beginning. It is essential that we hear from a broad range of voices so the future of Voorhies Hall reflects the needs, values, and aspirations of the full Bay View community.
We invite all community members to provide input toward the Voorhies Hall Needs Assessment and Conceptual Planning! Your feedback is valuably informing the Final Conceptual Plan. A Concept Design Plans presentation was held on August 27th to inform and seek input from community members.

Open House
Please visit Voorhies Hall from 6-8 p.m. to help confirm what we’ve learned about Voorhies Hall. Provide your input on your experiences at Voorhies Hall and what you envision for the Hall’s future! For those unable to attend, an online survey version of the Open House will be posted the following day.

Design Concepts Showcase
Join us at 4:00 p.m. in Voorhies Hall for the Voorhies Hall Concepts Design Showcase. Quinn Evans will highlight key themes that emerged from the community survey and Open House and present three concept designs for community feedback.
This process remains visionary, and the concepts presented are not final designs or proposals for approval. Your feedback will help inform the final Concept Study and the next steps in exploring the future of Voorhies Hall.
